What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number, along with the service you selected and the message you wrote.
- Technical information. Your IP address, browser type and the page you submitted from. This is recorded with each enquiry for security and anti-spam purposes.
- Usage information. If analytics are enabled and you consent, aggregated statistics about how pages on this site are used.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To keep the site secure and prevent automated abuse of the contact form. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations where a commercial relationship follows.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add contact-form submissions to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, records are retained for the period required by UK company and tax law, currently six years after the end of the relationship.
Who we share it with
Personal data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, including our web hosting provider and our email provider. Where those providers process data outside the UK or EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies by default. Any analytics or marketing cookies are only set after you consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing cookies for this site in your browser settings.
Your rights

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
